The river Danube carries 4.2 tons of plastic waste into Black Sea everyday. Soon there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. To raise awareness on this important issue and to bring people together from all Danube countries, Clean Waters program is hosting the first edition of the Danube festival in Călărași this weekend.
